As CEO of Gorgeous Getaways, Loraine lives and works in Kuala Lumpur for some of the year, the rest of time her time is spent in Australia and New Zealand. Originally from the UK, Loraine has lived around the world in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Sometime later, a career move took Loraine to Kuala Lumpur which led her to immediately fall in love with the city. After some enquiry, Loraine discovered that there are some world class cosmetic surgeons with impeccable track records. Loraine had met many woman who had cosmetic surgery in Malaysia with incredible results and because of this, Loraine decided to explore cosmetic tourism.
Rachel Rowling, is the Director of Gorgeous Getaways, North America and CEO of Medaway Health. She has spent the majority of her career in the technology and telecom industry throughout Canada, Asia and Australia. Rachel has successfully led teams to create strategic partnerships and business initiatives for several global Fortune 500 companies such as Nortel Networks, Acrodex, TELUS Communications and Australia’s Alcatel. It is through Rachel's experience with technology and telecom that she learned the power of collaboration, great partners, and customer service.
Rachel has a passion for developing and growing businesses while looking for the next opportunity and has a successful global track record beginning with a successful management buy-out (MBO) of a global business division in 2004. . In 2010, Rachel left the telecom industry and took over Gorgeous Getaways, the global leader of cosmetic surgery holidays, launching MedAway Health, a medical tourism company focused exclusively on medical treatments in 2011. MedAway Health and Gorgeous Getaways provide superior care and customer service to customers seeking alternatives for health-care in Thailand, Malaysia, Mexico, and Costa Rica with sales offices in Australia, Mexico, South America, and new offices recently opened in Canada and New York City.

Paula is responsible for all surgery enquiries and bookings for New Zealand, and the Australian States of Queensland and Northern Territory. She passionately believes that she is a walking, talking, living advertisement for Gorgeous Getaways having had 3 separate surgery experiences over a 3 year period, with Gorgeous Getaways, in beautiful Malaysia .
Prior to joining the team at Gorgeous Getaways Paula came from a Management position in Customer Services. Committed to being a people person coupled with having embarked on her own personal 'growth journey', which included cosmetic surgeries, gives her a wealth of experience that she willingly shares.

Aroha is a new addition to the Gorgeous Getaways team. She was born in New Zealand where she currently resides. She has had many years sales experience in the energy sector. Having known people who have enjoyed the benefits of cosmetic surgery, she has joined the surgical holiday industry. Aroha is responsible for bookings and enquiries in the States of Western Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Aroha is passionate about customer services and she enjoys seeing the positive changes experienced by her clients and the improvements in their lives after receiving their treatments and she is looking forward to assisting many others on their journeys.

Originally from Turkey, Henry has travelled extensively and now resides in Canada. He has extensive global operations experience in managing multimillion dollar manufacturing and retail operations in the Healthcare, and Energy sectors. His primary focus is in analysing cost of operations, preparing yearly plan for expenditure, and focusing on operational efficiencies. Additional responsibility includes supporting new strategic ventures.
Henry has a Business Management and Business Administration Diploma from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute Technology).

Kiran was born and raised in Malaysia and later on went to Melbourne, Australia to complete her Bachelor’s Degree. Kiran then migrated over to British Columbia in Canada and worked with one of Canada’s leading banking organisations. She has long term experience in Customer Service Management and knows how to meet and exceed each client’s expectations. Kiran also understands through her experience, that acquiring and maintaining a loyal relationship with clients is very essential. As Manager for Gorgeous Getaways, Kiran takes care of the operations and staff in Kuala Lumpur, where the company supply all the customer care to clients while on their surgery holiday. Other than taking care of the staff and ensuring the smooth running of the KL operation, Kiran is also working hand-in-hand with the hotels, hospitals and surgeons here to provide the best for clients.

Nicole was born in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia and now lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Orginally from middle-class nuclear family, Nicole was always pushed to establish a career independently. Nicole has graduated from University Tunku Abdul Razak with a second upper honor in Bachelor of Business Administration and major in Marketing.
Prior to joining Gorgeous Getaway, Nicole worked as a Sales coordinator at the HPG Marketing(M) company, the wholesales and suppliers of food products. This experience helped her improve social skills when interacting and communicating with people, as well as how to work efficiently.

Carol was born in Peninsular Malaysia Borneo Sabah. Carol graduated as a registered nurse from Malaysia Allied Health Science Academy and has worked in the Peninsular and Borneo hospitals and clinics for a few years.
Working with Gorgeous Getaways has given Carol the opportunity to improve her English and understand the feelings and sensitivity of each client. When Carol serves the clients, she always holds the principles of nursing which is to “focus on customers”, as well as promote the concept of the well-mannered 7s: smile, hello, fresh, the reception, sensitive, immediately, and touch.

Christina had served in various industries till she found a niche in Gorgeous Getaways. As a Customer Service Manager, one of her roles is to meet and welcome clients and give them a briefing of their holiday surgery.

A caring person at heart, Rosalind thoroughly enjoys helping clients during their recovery. "It's such a joy to make them feel welcome, happy and comfortable because this is exactly what a post-surgery client needs," she says.
Prior to Gorgeous Getaways, Rosalind filled different positions in various industries - from sales to service, in which she knows she has found her passion with GG.
