Our team is made up of professional, caring and humble people. With our years of experience in the industry we understand everything about surgery holidays: from the surgeons, accommodations and services needed to ensure a safe recovery and an enjoyable time in Malaysia!

We go beyond the normal package of services, we don't just offer transfers, but a "full service package" for each and every client, including: post op nursing visits, helpers to attend to your needs after surgery, and complimentary "get together" lunches plus arranged optional tours. Everything so you will not just go back home after having surgery, but truly have a pleasant experience and get the emotional and physical support while you are recovering.

Louise - Director

Before founding Gorgeous Getaways, Louise pursued a career in business, economics and marketing. Originally from Sydney, Australia, she left the sunny shores to endure 7 long winters in the UK, working as European manager for large multi-national corporates.

It was in 2000 that she originally discovered a need in the market for a Western company to provide high quality surgery holiday packages, and took the first couple of years just on research and legal due diligence of surgeons in Asia. After years of research and effort, Gorgeous Getaways was born in January 2004.

As she states, the best part of the job is... "definitely our clients, everyone has a story to tell, and it is fascinating going on the whole surgery journey with them and beyond. Plastic surgery is a life changing experience, perhaps one of the most important things that someone will do in their life, and it is wonderful to see the positive changes that people make in their lives after the surgery. I am determined to make the experience for them enjoyable and unforgettable. It feels fantastic to be part of that experience."

Lennie: Country Manager - Malaysia

Lennie is in charge of the overall operations in Malaysia, leading the team to ensure we are always one step ahead in client care and customer service.

Lennie is the heart and soul behind the company, kind and caring and one that really understands patient's feelings and expectations. Lennie will understand and provide the support and services needed.

After studying in Australia at the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, majoring in Marketing, she worked in many large companies in Malaysia. Prior to Gorgeous Getaways, she worked in Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital in Marketing.

Robynne - Australia Manager

Robynne responsible for all surgery enquiries and bookings for fellow Aussies. After her own surgery experience with Gorgeous Getaways, she became convinced that the company offers a fantastic service to ordinary men & women looking to make positive changes in their lives. She also believes strongly that, together with the obvious physical improvements, the psychological benefits of a surgery holiday are extremely beneficial.

Before joining Gorgeous Getaways, Robynne worked as a Travel Agent, specialising in Asian countries, and had travelled to Malaysia several times before her own surgery holiday. Being able to share her own experience with cosmetic surgery in Kuala Lumpur helps many people to feel more comfortable and confident about their decision to undergo surgery.

To her, the best thing about the job is that she "gets to speak with so many wonderful people who are ready to embark on a journey of self-improvement, and they inspire her every day!!”

Paula - NZ & ROW Manager

Paula is responsible for all surgery enquiries and bookings for New Zealand, UK , USA , Canada and Malaysia. She passionately believes that she is a walking, talking, living advertisement for Gorgeous Getaways having had 3 separate surgery experiences over a 3 year period, with Gorgeous Getaways, in beautiful Malaysia .

Prior to joining the team at Gorgeous Getaways Paula came from a Management position in Customer Services. Committed to being a people person coupled with having embarked on her own personal 'growth journey', which included cosmetic surgeries, gives her a wealth of experience that she willingly shares.

In her words, 'I am a truly motivated and positive person who considers it a real privilege to help you achieve the peace of mind and confidences in the planning of a new look you. To share in your journey I find this to be a deeply profound and rewarding experience'.

Yee - Admin, Finance and HR Manager

Pink works hard behind the scenes making sure that the company runs smoothly. She is based in Gorgeous Getaways Malaysian office. Though a graduate of Mass Communications, she finds total enjoyment working in her current field.

The Gorgeous Getaways' has proved to be a viable training ground for gain varied experience and knowledge. Pink's motto: "I do believe that there is no end in learning and this experience will benefit me in the future."

Colleagues describe Pink as amicable, responsible, and highly dedicated to her work.

Peinee - Customer Service and Sales Admin

Pei Nee's important role is the "glue" between sales and customer service, ensuring that our clients expectations and plans that were established in the sales process are efficiently carried out with the customer service team. She is extremely efficient and organised to deal with a huge amount of different requests and expectations of clients and brief the customer service team so that each and every client enjoys a smooth and stress free recovery holiday. Says Pei Nee, "The most fulfilling part of my job is when receiving great feedback from clients about their results."

Jasmine - Customer Service Team Leader

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Jasmine is responsible for leading the Gorgeous Getaways Customer Service Team. Prior to joining the Gorgeous Getaways, she spent many years in Hong Kong with the Customer Service Department of an international airline company. She also had a short stint with a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Jasmine says that it's wonderful to be back in KL, especially after so much travelling. "I am looking forward to assisting Gorgeous Getaways clients and providing them with the necessary support during their stay in KL."

Stella - Nurse

Stella has been in medical field for 23 years.

Stella is a soft spoken, caring individual, and proactive to patient's needs. Her job involves “post op care” nursing during the recovery process - bath and showers, changing dressings after the client has been discharged back to the hotel. Stella also accompany clients who feel homesick and spends quality time chatting with them.

Christina - Customer Service Manager

Christina had served in various industries till she found a niche in Gorgeous Getaways. As a Customer Service Manager, one of her roles is to meet and welcome clients and give them a briefing of their holiday surgery.

Says Christina: 'I love every minute of my job especially meeting clients and journeying with them through the recovery process and, finally witnessing the end results'!. Being a part of an industry which aims to boost confidence in millions of women and men is indeed an honor.

Nur - Nurse Assistant

Our assistant nurse, Nur, is an extremely caring person who is always there with a big smile to make the hardest days easier. She is softly spoken, kind and extremely caring and nothing is too much or little for her to make her patients feel comfortable.

Endang - Helper Team Leader

Our leading helper with a big smile and heart, Endang will be there in need to assist you after discharge in whatever you may need eg. shopping, cooking, cleaning etc. - you name it.

Endang leads a team of 4 other helpers to assist clients during their stay.

Richard - Driver

Always in high spirits, and without a doubt the best driver in KL. He also takes requests for songs in the traffic jam! Perhaps the most patient person in the world dealing with the KL traffic jams daily, Richard takes everything in his stride and is always on time for all appointments.

Richard leads a team of 3 full time and 1 part time driver.

GG has 2 x 7 seater Toyota cars that are comfortable and air conditioned.

Mr. Lim - Driver

A dedicated and professional driver to help you get places on time and on schedule, Mr Lim offers much chatter about Malaysian history, culture and sightseeing locations. Clients love Mr Lim as he is well known for utmost punctuality and dedication to his role.
