2.      We provide 3 days of post-discharge visitations to the hotel from a nurse to dress and check wounds, which encourages faster healing

3.      The hotels have all received consistently good feedback with our past patients, and we have chosen them as they have the facilities and services are ideally suited to recovery.

4.      There are many other patients staying in the hotel, and the service staff are familiar with our patients, so there is no need to feel self conscious or embarrassed

5.      The hotel has our contact details and can contact us immediately in the case of emergency

6.      We provide regular get-togethers for all clients, this support is very important for recovery

7.      We have negotiated excellent prices with the hotels, and together with our services, our accommodation packages are excellent value

We will only accept bookings from the GG-appointed Malaysia hotels, because we want to give the best service to all clients, we cannot accept bookings from clients staying outside these hotels. The following Standard Service Package can be purchased for  $500 AUD in the event that you do book your own accommodations (only under extenuating circumstances determined by GG):

-       GG arranging booking for surgery and non-surgical appointments

-       Airport transfers to/from their hotel and accommodation

-       Transfers to the hospital and clinics for the surgery and non-surgical appointments and consultations

-       GG Customer Service Manager to assist with admission and discharge to/from hospital

-       Telephone support for questions and emergencies

-       Follow up care with a nurse visiting your hotel - for 3 days after discharge
