Can't think what to get your loved one for Christmas? How about facial reconstruction?

An Australian company is selling plastic surgery package vouchers which it says are very popular gifts from husbands or partners.

They include surgery, post-care support and a five star recuperation holiday in Malaysia, Thailand or Cairns.

Gorgeous Getaways says New Zealanders already account for 40 percent of their clientele.

Company director Louise Cogan says the vouchers have been introduced because husbands and partners play a big part in the process.
