Dr. Fong has refereed numerous academic and professional journals in her career. Dr Heng, Columbia Asia Medical Centre
The surgeon
Dr Heng is the first Plastic Surgeon in Malaysia to be trained by the “Vaser Institute”, a Colorado based establishment, dedicated to surgical training in body sculpting. Upon completion of more than 100 cases of body sculpting, he went to be the first few Plastic Surgeons in the world to undergo the “High Definition Liposculpture” training, an advanced body contouring technique developed by Colombian plastic surgeon, Dr Alfredo Hoyos.
In early 2007, Dr Heng furthered his knowledge in breast augmentation with Dr Charles Randquist, a renowned Plastic Surgeon specialises in tear drop shaped breast implants. Since then, Dr Heng is one of the top users of tear drop shape breast implant in Malaysia.

Dr Steve Wong, Promenade Plastic Surgery
The surgeon
Dr. Steve Wong graduated from the University of London in 1975 and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons(Edinburgh) in 1980. He underwent higher speciality training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Regional Plastic Surgery Centre, Mount Vernon Hospital, Middlesex, United Kingdom.
Dr. Steve returned to Malaysia in 1983 to the position of lecturer in University Hospital, Kuala Lumpur. He has been in private practice for the past 22 years.
Dr. Steve is the founding member of the Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons (MAPACS) and carried the position of president from 1994 - 1996. He has lectured both locally and internationally on various aspects of cosmetic surgery, and is one of the most senior plastic surgeons in Asia.
His speciality is facelifts, having done hundreds of them in his career.
