Julia and Jennifer first visited Malaysia
for a surgery holiday in February and had a few procedures,
including breast augmentation, brow lift and liposuction.
Julia chose Gorgeous Getaways because “they offered
continual aftercare which was an important factor to me.

and I had a bad experience and complication
due to the lack of post operative care which was why I
opted to go abroad with GG.”
The twin sisters celebrated their 50th birthday this year,
but although looking fantastic for their age due to a
lifetime of good dieting and exercise, they were not feeling
their age and wanted to spoil themselves for their birthday.
On the second visit to Malaysia the twins
opted for more body and facial surgery. As Julia states:
“The first visit was very successful because we
were so impressed with the Dr. Jalil, GG team, hospital,
accommodation and Malaysia itself. We were eager to return
and finalise cosmetic procedures to complete our transformation.”
Also, Jennifer’s husband Ray also
wanted surgery and joined his wife and her sister on their
holiday.
Surgery Day
Being their second time around the sisters
were not nervous at all. “I had every confidence
in Dr. Jalil”

Julia and Jennifer opted for a Tummy
Tuck, liposuction, some fat transfers and brow lifts.
Ray had liposuction to his abdomen and eye lift and liposuction
to the neck. All 3 surgeries were carried out on the same
day, and they recovered together overnight in the hospital.
Road to Recovery
Julia states that they didn’t have
as much pain as they expected “I had some pain but
generally I suffered only discomfort and soreness. The
painkillers were effective and I needed to take them for
only a few days.”
“I believe my recovery was
expedited because I had totally rested during our stay
and I didn’t have to think, worry or look after
my family. I know if I was at home I would have found
it very difficult to rest.”
A holiday to remember
Wanting a different and memorable holiday,
they flew on a side trip to Sabah (Borneo). “Our
stay in Sabah was wonderful. A superior hotel with high
class friendly service, gorgeous views, and lovely beach.
It has its own nature reserve and plenty of activities.
Lumin our GG rep looked after us and took us on several
excursions. We were unhappy to leave at the end of stay.”
Julia ends her story by saying: “I
would not hesitate to recommend GG to anybody who is contemplating
