to Refer

are 3 easy steps to collect your referral credit:

List the names and details of friends and associates who

You can keep coming back to this page everytime you refer
someone.

Once we've received the form, we'll contact your referrals,
and send them information and a quote.
3.
After your referral has booked a surgery holiday, we will
pay you your referral fee, with an extra bonus of $500 on
your 10th referral booking!
Refer
as many people as you like, you can keep revisiting this
page after you have spoken with them and collected their
details. The only way you can earn hundreds of $ is by sending

Conditions:
1.
This is only open to past patients of Gorgeous Getaways,
you can only earn rewards for referrals after your surgery
holiday
2. Surgery with your referral lead can be taken with any
GG approved surgeon in Malaysia or Sri Lanka, it is not
limited to your surgeon
3. This is valid for referrals when surgery is taken with
the following procedures:
- Facelift
- Breast - augmentation, lift or reduction
- Liposuction to Abdomen and /or hips and thighs
- Abdominoplasty
4. This is valid for referrals made from Feb 27th 2008 until
further notice
5. Occassionally we may send you leads who have come in
through our efforts and they would like to speak with someone
who has had similar surgery. This referral fee will not
be paid to these leads who have been sourced by GG, the
referral fee only applies to new leads that you have referred.
