The following is a legal Agreement between You ("you", "your") and Gorgeous Getaways Pty Ltd (hereinafter, "GG"). This Agreement and the Terms and Agreements below governs your participation in the GG Referral Program (hereinafter, the "Program"), which is to attract and increase new clients referred by you (herinafter, “Referrals”).

By clicking the sign up button below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. About the Program
1.1. As a member of the Program, you will receive a commission for referring new customers to GG. The commission amount shall be based on 100 points per one (1) successful referral (equivalent to):

• AUD$100 cash OR
• surgery value: 500RM (approx AUD$170) credit towards future surgery OR
• accommodation value: AUD$200 credit towards future accommodation
  

No commission shall be paid if the client does not undergo surgery with GG, if the client cancels their surgery at any time.
1.2. The program is currently open to all above the legal age.
1.3 The cash referral fee is paid in Australian $ and converted into your currency, and you will be responsible for any bank charges or international currency exchange rates.
1.4    The basic steps of the program include:
a.    Attracting Referrals: You will receive marketing aids from Gorgeous Getaways in the form of postcards and name cards. These can be used as mailouts to your own contacts or simply placed in your neighborhood beauty salon, spa, gym or cafe.

b.  Once your clients decides on surgery, please ensure that your name is noted on the booking form. 

c.   Once your client has had their surgery, we will credit you with the points or send you the referral fee at the end of the month.


2. Limitations
2.1 The Program applies to the referral of new customers only. Referral commissions will not be paid for clients referred previous to this agreement or for repeat business from a referred customer. If you are an existing client and wish to refer yourself for repeat surgeries, referral commissions are not applicable.

2.2  Clients who are referred must have one or more of the procedures:

• Breast: Augmentation, Lift, Reduction
• Tummy tuck or Extended Tummy Tuck
• Facelift
• Liposuction to Hips and Thighs and/or Abdomen
• Thigh lift or Arm lift
  

2.3  Any non-surgical, dentistry or other surgeries outside this list are not eligible for any points.
2.4  Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

3. Referral Commission Eligibility
GG reserves the right to turn down referrals of the following types. In these cases, there will be no referral commission paid.
a.    Unsuitable patients for surgery, based on medical history or current medical health or mental health status
b.    If dates or surgeons are unavailable
c.    Referral commission will only be paid on Referrals who undergo surgery. For Referrals who do not undergo surgery, but only non-surgical procedures, no referral fees will be paid.

4. Referral Procedure
4.1 To ensure that you are paid for referring customers to GG, you must do the following:
a.    Fill in a Referral Application form, and confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Program.

b.    You may be in contact with clients who have already booked their surgery or those who have spoken with our Sales Managers. In these cases, GG will inform you of their status, and you will not be paid a referral commission.

 
5. Payments
5.1 You become eligible for commission once the client has surgery. GG will credit your points or pay referral fees once a month (so add together all your referral clients in that month and pay in 1 fee at the end of the month if you're opting for cash). NOTE: Gorgeous Getaways do not set any minimum referral threshold amounts before payment is permitted. This means that you receive your payment each month for 1 new referral or over.
5.2 When you have made contact with a client, keep a record of their name and contact details and at the end of the month, send through your list, naming the referrals you have made contact with.
5.3 All cash payments through the Program shall be made online through PayPal, Direct Deposit and by company cheque.
5.4 A referral client is exclusive to only 1 client. If another client has already claimed the Referral, then you will not be eligible for a referral fee. Clients are referred on a first-come/first-served basis. If you are unsure of a client’s status or if you will be paid for a referral client, please contact us.
